Short description Situation: the client applied for a case revision – the Hungarian office sent requeries. Special feature: the client is not a taxpayer in the jurisdiction, so he could not provide a tax certificate. I’ve been living in Southeast Asia for the last year as a student in Thailand. Solution: our lawyers conducted a full audit of the case and the documents provided, helped to collect the necessary documents and prepared a detailed explanation of why the client could not provide a tax certificate and sent it to the agency.
