In the early autumn of 2022, Mikhail (entrepreneur, 38 years old) and his wife Olga (37 years old, targetologist) contacted our agency. Mikhail and Olga work remotely, and they have been living in Haifa for over 10 years. The young people left for personal reasons and have Israeli citizenship.
In 2022, repatriates began to think about moving to Europe due to the unstable political situation. The couple’s choice fell on France. After studying the conditions for obtaining a residence permit from different countries, Mikhail realized that he could apply for a card through the Talent Passport program, referring to the condition “Development and implementation of an innovative project.” Earlier, Mikhail developed a plastic recycling startup and successfully implemented it in Haifa. With these results, the family contacted us and made a request.

We have submitted the startup to the French government authorities for consideration. Additionally, we have attached certificates of the wife and husband’s entrepreneurial activity, and a bank statement confirming an annual income of 32,000 EUR. The startup’s review lasted 3 months, and at the end of 2022, a positive response came.

Visa-free travel to the countries of the Schengen area is now available to them, legal residence in any corner of France, they can use high-quality medicine or enroll in a university.
